We act as a recruitment partner between employers and candidates. We identify suitable people, screen them against the employer’s requirements, and refer the relevant ones to the hiring organization.

Where replacement support is included in the recruitment agreement, Chandram can provide a replacement candidate within the agreed period. The specific terms are set out in the agreement between Chandram and the employer.
Information technology, corporate and business support, hospitality, non-clinical healthcare, industrial and manufacturing, logistics and warehouse, and retail. Requirements outside these areas are considered case by case.
Yes. We recruit nationally across India and internationally, with Dubai and the wider UAE as our primary overseas market. Requirements from other countries are taken case by case. For an overseas placement, Chandram assists with coordinating the required documentation. Visas and work authorisation are granted by the authorities of the destination country under their own rules, so an overseas placement cannot be guaranteed on that basis.
They are separate services from the same company. Software development remains Chandram AI Technologies’ primary business; workforce solutions is an additional service for organizations that need hiring support.
