You are not the employer and you sponsor nobody. The engineer stays employed and paid by Chandram AI Technologies and works remotely, so there is no visa, no local payroll and no end-of-service liability on your side.

Common questions
No. The engineer works remotely and stays employed and paid by Chandram AI Technologies throughout. You direct the project and are billed per engineer per month. No sponsorship, residence visa or local employment is involved on your side.
Remote is the default and the standard offer. If you want an engineer at your location you can arrange it at your cost, and they remain engaged by us throughout.
Any. The role we supply is always technical and your sector is not a constraint. We ask about sector on the requirement form only because it shapes how an engineer is briefed.
