Eastern through Pacific, five time zones from UTC-5 to UTC-8 before daylight saving moves them. The engineer works to your timeline rather than ours, agreed before the engagement starts, so the overlap you get is your working day rather than the slice of it a supplier can reach.
Who employs whom
You direct the work, we employ the engineer.
You are not the employer. The engineer stays employed and paid by Chandram AI Technologies throughout, so there is no US payroll, onboarding or benefits administration for you to run, and no placement fee when the engagement starts.

No. A placement moves a person onto your payroll for a fee. Here the engineer stays employed and paid by us for as long as the engagement runs, and you are billed per engineer per month. If you later want to hire them directly, a conversion fee applies and we will confirm the figure before you make an offer.
Yes. One engineer is a normal engagement, and engineers can be added or released against the notice period in the engagement agreement. Nothing about the contract changes with headcount.
