CRM Implementation
A CRM your team actually updates.
Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Zoho and Vtiger. We help you pick one on the evidence, then configure it, extend it, migrate your data into it, and connect it to the systems you already run.
What this includes
From choosing the platform to the day your team stops using the spreadsheet.
Platform selection
Which of the four fits the way your organization actually sells, decided before anyone signs a licence. The expensive mistake on a CRM project is made in week one.
Implementation and configuration
Records and modules, pipelines and stages, roles and permissions, reports and dashboards, set up around your process rather than the demo data that shipped with it.
Customization and extension
Where configuration runs out, we write code in the development tools each platform ships. Only where clicking cannot reach: every customization is one more thing to maintain.
Data migration
Your existing records moved in against a mapping you have reviewed, deduplicated, with a dry run you check before the real one. Nothing goes in unexamined.
Integration with what you already run
The CRM wired to your accounting, support, website forms and internal tools, so a record entered once stops being entered three times. This is most of the value in most rollouts.
Adoption and handover
Training your team on the system as configured, written documentation, and admin access handed to you. A CRM nobody updates is an expensive spreadsheet with worse ergonomics.
Our stack
How it works
From first call to launch.
Discover
A free discovery call about how your team sells and supports today, which tools hold the data now, and what the CRM has to talk to.
Select
A written recommendation of one platform, with the reasoning and the trade-offs you are accepting. You buy the licence directly from the vendor.
Configure and migrate
Built in increments you can log into. Your process configured, your data migrated after a dry run you review, your other systems connected.
Adopt and hand over
Training on the system as configured, written documentation, and admin access handed to you. We stay available for changes afterwards.
What we can and cannot show you
No CRM case study yet, and we will not borrow one.
The two engagements this company publishes are custom builds, a connected health monitoring platform and a commerce platform for a farming business, not CRM implementations. This service line is newer than both. The published work is still worth reading for how we scope, communicate and hand over, which does carry across. Anything we do not publish is not something we ask you to take on trust.

FAQ
Common questions
That is the first thing we work out together, and it is not a question worth answering in the abstract. It turns on what your team already uses day to day, how much of your process is genuinely unusual, who needs access to what, and where the data has to live. You get the recommendation in writing with the reasoning and the trade-offs you would be accepting, before you buy a single licence.
No. We hold no partner status with any of these vendors, and you should hear that from us rather than find it out later. Every developer who works on our CRM engagements holds a Salesforce or Microsoft certification, and all of our developers are certified. The firm carries no vendor badge; the people doing the work have been examined. If vendor-badged delivery is a procurement requirement for you, say so early and we will tell you straight away that we do not meet it.
With some of these platforms, yes. With others there is no self-hosted option at all, only a choice of which region holds your data. If keeping the data on your own infrastructure is a hard requirement, say so in the first call, because it narrows the shortlist immediately and it is cheaper to know that before the selection than after.
Yes, and it is a large part of this work. Connecting an existing CRM to a client portal, a website, an accounting system or an AI assistant is the same job as configuring a new one, minus the migration. We also take over implementations somebody else started.
Two costs, and keeping them separate matters. The vendor licence is per seat and you pay it to the vendor, not to us. Our implementation work is quoted per project after a discovery call, against a scope agreed in writing. We do not publish vendor licence costs because we do not set them and they change.
