Chandram AI Technologies (“Chandram Tech”, “we”) operates https://www.chandramtech.com. We are based at 132, Dharamshala, Kangra, Himachal Pradesh - 176206. For any privacy question, or to ask us to delete data we hold about you, email hello@chandramtech.com.

This site has no contact form, no newsletter signup and no user accounts. We do not ask you to submit personal data in order to browse it, and the site itself does not set cookies.

Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP address, browser user-agent and the pages requested. These are generated automatically by the web server, are used only to keep the site running and secure, and are not used to build a profile of you.

The booking calendar on our booking page is provided by Cal.com, embedded from cal.eu. When that page loads, the embed runs in your browser and Cal.com may set its own cookies and receive your IP address. If you complete a booking, the name, email address and any message you enter go to Cal.com and then to us, and we use them solely to arrange and hold that call.

Cal.com is an independent data controller for what it collects through the embed. Their handling of it is governed by their own privacy policy, not this one.

If you email us, we keep the message and your address for as long as needed to answer you and to maintain a record of the enquiry. We do not add you to any marketing list on the basis of an enquiry.

We currently run no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts on this site. If that changes we will update this policy before the change goes live, and where consent is required we will ask for it first.

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising. Data reaches third parties only where they provide part of the service: our hosting provider, our email provider, and Cal.com for scheduling.

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@chandramtech.com and we will respond within 30 days.

If you are in the UK or the EEA, you also have the right to object to processing and to complain to your national data protection authority.

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and revise the date above.
