Who employs whom
You direct the work, we employ the engineer.
The engineer stays employed and paid by Chandram AI Technologies and works remotely. There is no Malaysian payroll, statutory contribution or contractor onboarding for you to administer, and no placement fee.

Common questions
No. The engineer is engaged and paid by Chandram AI Technologies, and you are billed per engineer per month. Paying an engineer directly would make you their employer, which is the arrangement this model exists to avoid.
There is no fixed minimum beyond the notice period in the engagement agreement. Engagements commonly run for the length of a project and are extended or released on notice rather than renewed on a calendar.
Yes. A conversion fee applies, calculated from the engineer’s current month payout. Speak to us before making an offer and we will confirm the figure.
